Payment and operational workflows
Direct bank transfer
Customer submits an order and uploads a bank receipt. The admin reviews the private attachment and confirms funds in the bank account before approving payment. An uploaded receipt is not proof of payment by itself.
COD / Koko / enquiries
COD remains unpaid until collection. Koko orders are marked paid only after an authenticated provider confirmation. WhatsApp click-to-chat and email enquiries are included; automated WhatsApp notifications are not.
Koko merchant charges and conditions
Koko states that it generally applies 12% commission, but the agreed merchant rate may differ. Its business page also refers to processing fees; request the actual merchant agreement for the full fee schedule. Example: for LKR 10,000 order, 12% = LKR 1,200 commission, leaving LKR 8,800 before other applicable deductions.
Koko approval and technical access required; payout typically follows 15-day cycles under merchant terms. Koko merchant charges are paid by the client, not included in our development price.

Payment schedule
50% advance: LKR 48,750
50% after final approval: LKR 48,750
Go-live after final payment, acceptance testing and approval. Delivery timing confirmed after materials and merchant access are received.
Hosting, limits & content
First-year basic hosting and domain registration allowance up to LKR 5,000 included, subject to availability; renewals separately quoted. No arbitrary product count cap for client-managed admin uploads, subject to hosting capacity. Client supplies legal product data, images and policy wording.
Not included: card gateway unless selected, advanced AI API subscriptions, automatic WhatsApp API notifications, extensive marketing, third-party merchant charges, product photography, or unverified cosmetic claims. Product images in this proposal are illustrative; no promise of proven results or actual customer reviews.

සෘජු බැංකු හුවමාරුව
පාරිභෝගිකයා ඇණවුම ඉදිරිපත් කර රිසිට්පත උඩුගත කරයි. Admin විසින් බැංකුවට මුදල් ලැබී ඇති බව පරීක්ෂා කර ගෙවීම අනුමත කරයි. රිසිට්පත පමණක් ගෙවීම තහවුරු නොකරයි.
COD / Koko / විමසීම්
COD ගෙවීම මුදල් එකතු කරන තුරු තහවුරු නොවේ. Koko ගෙවීම් සේවා සපයන්නා තහවුරු කළ පසු පමණක් සම්පූර්ණ වේ. WhatsApp click-to-chat සහ Email ඇතුළත්ය; ස්වයංක්රීය WhatsApp දැනුම්දීම් ඇතුළත් නොවේ.
Koko වෙළඳ ගාස්තු සහ කොන්දේසි
Koko පවසන්නේ සාමාන්යයෙන් 12% කොමිස් ගාස්තුවක් අදාළ වන නමුත් වෙළඳ ගිවිසුම අනුව වෙනස් විය හැකි බවයි. වෙනත් processing ගාස්තුද අදාළ විය හැකි නිසා අවසාන ගාස්තු සඳහා වෙළඳ ගිවිසුම බලන්න. උදා: රු. 10,000ක ඇණවුමකට 12% = රු. 1,200; වෙනත් අඩුකිරීම් වලට පෙර රු. 8,800 ඉතිරි වේ.

Hosting, සීමා සහ අන්තර්ගතය
පළමු වසරේ මූලික Hosting සහ රු. 5,000 දක්වා Domain ලියාපදිංචි වියදම ඇතුළත් වේ (ලබාගත හැකි බව අනුව); අලුත්කිරීම් වෙනම වේ. Admin හරහා නිෂ්පාදන එකතු කිරීමේ කෘත්රිම සීමාවක් නොමැත, නමුත් Hosting ධාරිතාවට යටත්ය. නිෂ්පාදන තොරතුරු, ඡායාරූප සහ ප්රතිපත්ති සේවාදායකයා විසින් සපයයි.
තෝරා නොගත් Card Gateway, උසස් AI API ගාස්තු, ස්වයංක්රීය WhatsApp API, ව්යාප්ත අලෙවිකරණය, තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව Merchant ගාස්තු, නිෂ්පාදන ඡායාරූපකරණය සහ තහවුරු නොකළ රූපලාවණ්ය ප්රකාශන ඇතුළත් නොවේ. UI රූප උදාහරණ පමණි.
